in loving memory of my dad mr william mcdevitt ,who died in september 2000 ,he was married to his devoted wife margaret ,and had four kids 2 boys and 2 girls .everyone called him billy ,he lived in paisley most of his life ,he had 2 brothers and 2 sisters .billy died very shortly after he had an operation on his leg to get it amputated to the knee .it was very sudden and unexpected.billy was my dad he had a good personality ,laughed all the time loved his kids and grankids the gran kids called him grumpy grampa he liked this he loved his pets when he was here he got a wee yorkie and named it darky he thought this would ideal for him .billy was a family man did what he could for his wife and kids he is very much missed .his old pal alex called him auld foxfeeder as he used to feed the foxes up the braes he was some man .however we always look back on photos for memories we all misss you dad mum was devastated when you passed over but she knows you look down on her and all of us every day love you always louise xxx

I cannie believe your still not here!! the years have gone past and i still shed my tears!!I still love & miss you so very much, & mum really does too,all us do!! Lifes has been hard but we manage to get through, all the grand-kids are doing great too, they all have there own wee specialities and great natures, in there lifes, Samantha keeps asking bout the grumpy name, we do explain!! but thinks were having a laugh, when your looking down on us all you will see that, sweet dreams dad.
